Eigene Telefonnummer zur Beratung, Hilfestellung bei individuellen Fragen. Heute wird meist der englische Begriff 'Hotline' bentutzt. Gelegentlich wird auch der Ausdruck 'Beratungstelefon' benutzt, dann in der Regel mit einem Zusatz über den Zweck (z.B. "... für Bildungsfragen").
